Whether or not you have support at home (thankfully, I do), I think finding motivation and support from other sources can be a real benefit as well. As a blogger and social media user, I find myself on-line a lot (obviously 😉 ). As part of that, I’ve stumbled upon many blogs that provide some great healthy-living/weight loss support, motivation, and inspiration.I love reading about other people’s real-life stories….their struggles, successes, tips, etc. Sometimes I really struggle with motivation and doing what I should, so it’s helps to read others’ stories. - And last, but not least…Eclectic Whatnot. I’ve read Ruthanne’s blog since before she was what you would consider a healthy living or weight loss blogger. She seems so genuine and is hilarious! Since embarking on her healthy living journey, she’s lost something like 80 pounds and has taken up running in an amazing way! She’s shared struggles too, which I love!
