Whether or not you have support at home (thankfully, I do), I think finding motivation and support from other sources can be a real benefit as well. As a blogger and social media user, I find myself on-line a lot (obviously 😉 ). As part of that, I’ve stumbled upon many blogs that provide some great healthy-living/weight loss support, motivation, and inspiration.I love reading about other people’s real-life stories….their struggles, successes, tips, etc. Sometimes I really struggle with motivation and doing what I should, so it’s helps to read others’ stories. There are SO many great recipes there!!! I even modified one to make some gluten-free buffalo cauliflower bites.
