What’s your Easter meal main-dish of choice? For us, it’s always been ham! Super yum! There are so many ways to cook & prepare ham, but this year I think we might attempt grilling it! How does grilled ham with citrus glaze sound?!
Ingredients
6 to 7 pound fully-cooked bone-in ham, trimmed
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 cup lemon marmalade, *
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed

Baked Ham With Pineapple And Brown Sugar!
I put some whole cloves around it, baste it with ginger ale, and make a pineapple sauce on the side.

Oh yum! I have baked and crock potted my ham and I love both ways. I have always used the rub that has come with the ham but I have been on the look out for more recipes. I will for sure have to try this one.

I do one with brown sugar and orange juice after brining in sugar water for 24 hours plus…comes out like honey baked ham!
We make our with pineapple slices, juice and a little brown sugar.
