We have been absolutely loving this fall weather during our time here in Nebraska!
The cool, crisp air and the gorgeous fall leaves made us crave some traditional fall eats! And, what could bemore fall than caramel & apples?! YUM! I’ve never made homemade caramel sauce before (I know, I need to try it!). Instead, every year we usually buy some Marzetti’s caramel dip (I always find it in the produce section near the apples this time of year)! Marzetti has a whole variety of (gluten free) flavors, like Old Fashioned Caramel Dip, Cinnamon Caramel Dip, Peanut Butter Caramel Dip, Light Caramel Dip, and Fat-Free Caramel Dip. But, we got to try Marzetti’s New Sweet & Salty Caramel Dip!
There are SO many different ways to enjoy the caramel dip. And, Marzetti actually has a whole bunch of great recipes using the dips on their site, but ever since seeing THIS idea for caramel filled apples on pinterest, I’ve wanted to try it! This seemed like the perfect opportunity! 🙂
Caramel Filled Apples
– Cut the top off of your apple(s).
– Slice additional apples and serve!
It’s a great way to enjoy the taste of caramel apples without all the mess! 🙂 And, we loved the flavor of the new Marzetti Sweet & Salty Dip!! All the apple slices & caramel went fast during our little family dessert time! And, then most of the actual apple bowl disappeared too! 🙂
So, wanna try some Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip for yourself?!
